1. Order Processing and Shipping:
   – We strive to complete and ship orders within five weeks from the date of purchase. However, please note that this timeframe may vary depending on the complexity of the order and current demand.
   – We are not liable for delays in production or shipping caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or disruptions in the supply chain.

2. Payment:
   – Payment for orders must be made in full before production begins.
   – We require a minimum upfront payment of 50% of the total order cost. The remaining balance must be paid before the order is shipped.
   – We accept payment via phone or by requesting a link for payment.

3. Custom Made Products:
   – Our products are custom made to order according to your specifications. As such, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
   – It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all provided information, including design specifications and measurements, are accurate. We are not liable for errors or discrepancies in the final product due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

4. Intellectual Property:
   – By submitting a design or artwork for printing, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and reproduce the content. You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to your designs.
   – We reserve the right to refuse to print any content that violates copyright, trademark, or intellectual property laws, or that we deem inappropriate or offensive.

5. Limitation of Liability:
   – In no event shall E N C I Promotions, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

6. Governing Law:
   – These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Civil Court.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:
   – We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
